Despite the memory impairment challenges we believe that the resident can continue to enjoy the beauty of life. Our simple approach to memory care are as follows:

1. Physical Activity

We encourage and provide activities that help the residents move and exercise their muscles. We understand how important physical activity is to the residents and we ensure that our calendar of activities always include it.

2. Social Connection and Engagement

We understand the importance of being able to socialize and have a circle of people who understand and care for you. We make it a point to gather, socialize, and talk about anything under the sun. Aside from that, we have launched a Music Menu and a monthly calendar of activities that include specific favorite activities and music of each resident.

3. Individualized Care

Our dedicated staff receives extensive, specialized training in dementia care, including a stringent orientation program and at least 16 hours of mandatory additional training each year.
